I need a good pie receipe. Was hoping to sweeten it with agave nectar. Any recommendations?

I have a little cookbook called "Baking with Agave Nectar". It has some pie recipes in it. I haven't tried them yet, but I'll post the apple pie from that book. If you want a different kind of pie - email me and I'll see if this cookbook has a recipe for it and send it to you. :-)
