Baking with Agave Nectar

Here are some tips for using agave nectar...

Baking
* 3 parts agave = 4 parts sugar
* Substitute 3/4 cup agave nectar for every 1 cup of sugar. (If too sweet, reduce agave)
* Reduce other liquids by 1/3
* Reduce oven temperature by 25°F and bake 10 minutes longer.

Hot and Cold Beverages
* Use 1 tsp and adjust to taste
